Follow this document if you receive the error that the user quota limit has been reached

Quota limits

Currently, Cyber-Link provides 50GB of backup storage.

In order to continue backing up you would either need to delete files already in your backup or purchase additional backup space here.

Check quota

Users can check their storage quota by logging into

Click on your user profile icon in the lower left hand corner.

Your storage information can be found on the top of the menu.

Cyber-Link services will be briefly unavailable starting Monday June 17th at 1PM for UPS upgrades. This will impact all services both internal and external to the network.
We estimate services to be fully functional again by 2PM.
Please plan accordingly.
